I subscribe to every imaginable food magazine out there. You name it and i got it. Last night as I was clipping Food & Fine Magazine recipes and enjoying a good glass of wine i had a craving for peaches. Tis the season for peaches and garden herbs after all. :) I must admit the peaches I picked up earlier at the farmers market were really calling my name. I found a fantastic recipe for a Peach Lemonade I wanted to try but couldn’t bare the thought of destroying the gorgeous fruit by making  a syrup out of it. I wanted Kurt and Briana to enjoy the fruit as well so I came up with an easy super fresh salad using the peaches I bought and basil from my garden. The combination of basil and peaches drizzled with honey lemon dressing was divine. I’d like to share it with you. Enjoy.
