Happy Hump Day!
I’m sorry I skipped our WIAW party last week. I was pretty burned out from work and had very little desire to sit in front of a computer typing up posts. With that sad it’s time to get back to business.
Let’s see if you can guess what I had for breakfast? If you answered a Smoothie, you’re absolutely correct! Surprise, surprise. This one was a blend of fresh blueberries, strawberries, handful of spinach, banana and coconut almond milk. I also had a large coffee because I can’t go on about my day until I have coffee.
Meal # 2: Simple salad made with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, homemade sourdough croutons and my Mediterrasian Spicy Eggplant.

Meal # 3: Fresh fruit and Cranberry Almond Kind Plus Bar. Followed by Kambucha green tea.
Sometimes in between Meal 3 and Meal 4 these beauties arrived, just because, from Hubby.
Meal # 4: Honey Dijon Salmon with a small salad.
To wrap up my night I had a Grande Yogi bedtime tea.
