I want chocolate cake. In fact, I’m craving chocolate cake. I don’t want some portion controlled low fat cake, but a nice moist gianormous peace of chocolate goodness with layers of rich creamy chocolate filling would be just perfect. If it wasn’t for our trip to Punta Cana approaching so fast, I’d say I probably would have already devoured one. Instead, I am sitting here day dreaming about it. Oh well, at least I still have my dreams. Ever have days like that?
I’m going to move on before you develop cravings for the moist, rich chocolate cake with shavings of dark chocolate and fresh raspberries and share some good eats I had yesterday.
My morning started with a concoction. I juiced celery, one beet, a cucumber, a kiwi and some spinach.

If only my juicer would clean itself after I was done with it.
Lunch was great. I had a delicious steak salad made with leftover flank steak from tacos the night before. A combination of mixed baby lettuces, tomatoes, cucumber, a green pepper and a few thin slices of steak. For dressing I made low fat italian dressing with flax seed oil. Delicious and nutritious.

2 pm – Snack attack. Actually I’ve been waiting all day to have my snack.

I am addicted. This baby is scrumptious. Wish I had another one. I would have eaten two. I ended up stopping at the grocery store on the way home to pick up a bunch more since they were on sale. So excited to have one again tomorrow. I think I’m going to have it for breakfast this time.
For dinner I made Salmon with Leeks & Shitake. Healthy, delicious and so filling.

I really love reading all the WIAW posts over at Peas and Crayons. Looking forward to see what other bloggers ate.
