Ahhh, my favorite post of the week. I love sharing what I’m eating and love reading what everyone else is. I actually look forward to it. :) Thanks Jenn at Peas and Crayons for hosting.

We are celebrating a lot of birthdays this month at work and I am exposed to all kinds of goodies. I am so proud of myself for having little desire to shove cake down my throat, even on days like yesterday when I bought a Red Velvet Cake for one of my girls at work.

My day started out the same way it has for the last month. I had a morning smoothie made with an orange, strawberries, kiwi, banana, spinach and almond milk. Loved every single sip of it so much that I forgot to stop for coffee.

Once I got to work I had an overnight Chia seed “pudding”. The night before I combined chia seeds with coconut almond milk, shaved coconut and blueberries.

Don’t you just love all the sweets on the kitchen table? :)

For lunch I enjoyed a Tabbouleh salad alongside chicken and hummus wrap. I posted a recipe of the Tabbouleh over at Healthy Way To Cook stop on over and check it out.

Mid day I gave into my desire to taste a little of the Red Velvet cake so I had a small piece.

Believe it or not I was too lazy to cook for dinner. Kurt and I ordered in. We had sushi. I don’t know if my stomach is shrinking but I could only have a few pieces.

    That sushi looks amazing. Too bad you couldn’t finish it all. Oh well… Tasty leftovers!

    I’m loving your smoothie, your Tabbouleh salad and your hummus wrap. They all look so good, and I would have totally had a sliver of red velvet cake too.

    Ohh I had a similar looking sushi today, mine was California roll with spicy tuna on top..yum!
