
Ahhh, my favorite post of the week. I love sharing what I’m eating and love reading what everyone else is. I actually look forward to it.

We are celebrating a lot of birthdays this month at work and I am exposed to all kinds of goodies. I am so proud of myself for having little desire to shove cake down my throat, even on days like yesterday when I bought a Red Velvet Cake for one of my girls at work.
My day started out the same way it has for the last month. I had a morning smoothie made with an orange, strawberries, kiwi, banana, spinach and almond milk. Loved every single sip of it so much that I forgot to stop for coffee.

Once I got to work I had an overnight Chia seed “pudding”. The night before I combined chia seeds with coconut almond milk, shaved coconut and blueberries.

Don’t you just love all the sweets on the kitchen table?

Believe it or not I was too lazy to cook for dinner. Kurt and I ordered in. We had sushi. I don’t know if my stomach is shrinking but I could only have a few pieces.
